Founded in THEUNISSEN in 2015, G&Y ARCHITECTURAL DRAUGHTING & BUILDERS strives to impact people through places. No matter what project we’re designing, we always aim to make a difference in the city’s landscape and Architectural Services. ABOUT THE DIRECTOR & ARCHITECT

The Person Who Make it Happen

Director & Architects: SIBISI MABANGA SILVESTER

Sibisi Mabanga Silvester completed his Grade 12 in 2012, in 2013 went to Technical collage where he did higher Certificate in Civil Engineering at Motheo FET Collage, Bloemfontein(Hillside), in 2014 and immediately enrolled the following year for the Architectural Draughting course at CollageSA in Johannesburg(HomeStudy) where he didn’t managed to finish it because of financial problem. After joined a local practice in Bloemfontein for months,After joined MasterPlan Architects in Bethlehem where he gained more experience in the field of Architecture and Construction and worked for one year and 4 months then the company was closed. And founded its own draughtsman practice in 2015. He was mainly involved in housing projects and other relative work, including churches, offices and factories. He operated his own Gaming & Printing studio in 2017-07-10. After one year, he completed a Archicad Software Certificate in Archicad Essentials at the Cad Corporative Academy in 2016 Sandton(Gauteng).

Joined Aquarius Building Plans and managed 10 projects as Architectural Draughtsman,

He joined Masterplan Architects (Bethlehem) in 2016 and was responsible for the design and contract management of various projects, such as Residential, Real Estate Houses and Golf Course Estates.

He specialize in 3 Dimensional Renderings and Animations and expert in Archicad software.
